Someone handmade and wore this cheery summer dress in white chiffon with a whimsical print in blue- even with the great depression and the dust bowl going on. Sheer and lightweight with  tiered skirt with fagotted seams. Neckline can be worn open or closed. Excellent condition.  Great size!!!
